trobar is a 3 level restaurant, cocktail bar, art gallery and shop in Cala Ratjada. We serve brunch, dinner, cocktails, special tequila and mezcals with 3 unique experiences across trobar gastronomy, rooftop trobar and trobasement. 

Street Level: trobar gastronomy

A restaurant dining experience of international fusion cuisine, signature cocktails, a well balanced wine list and good beer options. We offer our breakfast to eat in and also takeaway. 

Open Wednesday – Monday 6:30pm-11pm

We take reservations. Reservations are for 90 minutes. 

Upstairs: rooftop trobar

Outdoor rooftop terrace bar serving a twist on classic cocktails, great beer & wine list with delicious snack foods.

6:30pm – 10pm (Wednesday – Monday)

We do not take reservations for rooftop trobar. 

Downstairs: trobasement

Underground cocktail, tequila & mezcal bar with good music. Here we serve delicious trobar tapas. 

Open: 10pm – 1am (Wednesday – Monday)

We do not take reservations for trobasement. 

We are a destination to celebrate artistic creativity across the spectrum of music, art, design, food & culture. We regularly host special events such as DJ nights on the rooftop and down in trobasement along with food and drinks tastings, private dinners and more. We announce these on our instagram.
