trobar introduces trobrunch for 2026. every Saturday & Sunday. 9:00 — 13:00. A casual, seasonal, deli-style brunch with chef Silvia Devi, built on local, kilometre-zero produce, including ingredients from trobar farm. Plant-based at its core enjoy it with us, by the window, in the port, or take it to the beach. The first in a series of trobar chef residencies.

Our evening bar and dinner service remains closed, reopening at the end of May 2026. This year, trobar will become a destination to host rotating chef residencies. Chefs are coming from all over the world to take over trobar’s kitchen. Every few weeks, there will be a new chef with their new menu.
