trobar, meaning “to find” in Catalan, is a conceptual space where art, gastronomy, mixology and culture come together. A three-level bar, restaurant, art gallery and shop in Cala Ratjada, Mallorca.
trobar is the latest chapter in the evolving story of trobat.co. Like trobat, we are driven by the art of “the find”. This passion touches every part of the trobar experience. You’ll feel it, from the moment you walk through our doors. Our cocktails are like nothing you’ve ever tasted before, served in weird and wonderful “glassware” created in collaboration with artists, along with our tableware, all of which is available to buy.
Our kitchen is built around a rotating chef residency, welcoming emerging chefs from around the world. Menus evolve every 2 to 4 weeks, creating a constantly changing dining experience. For our current chef lineup and menu concepts, please see our Instagram.
Dinner is served on rooftop trobar, our open-air terrace.
If you are joining us for dinner, you can make a reservation. If you are joining for drinks, we do not take reservations and welcome walk-ins.
trobasement, our underground bar, opens later on specific nights for a separate late-night cocktail menu and special event line up. Walk-ins only or by ticketed event.
Open Wednesday to Sunday from 19:00 until late. Kitchen 19:00 to 23:00. Last walk-in dinner seating 22:30.
